Homemaker Personal Care (HPC)

Our Homemaker Personal Care services help individuals with developmental disabilities meet their daily living needs while promoting independence. Available under the Individual Options (IO) and Level One Waivers
Adult Day Support
Building Connections and Skills for a Meaningful Life
Adult Day Support services are designed to help individuals explore their interests, build relationships, and engage with their communities. Offered under the IO, Level One, and SELF Waivers
Transportation Services
Safe, Reliable Access to Services and Community Life
Transportation is a vital support service that enables individuals to access waiver services, employment, and community activities.
Congregate Setting Services
Dignified Living in Shared Residential Environments
In our congregate settings—such as licensed group homes or residential facilities—we provide comprehensive care that respects each individual’s rights and preferences. Our approach aligns with Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
