Care (HPC)
Supporting Independence at Home and in the Community
Our Homemaker Personal Care services help individuals with developmental disabilities meet their daily living needs while promoting independence. Available under the Individual Options (IO) and Level One Waivers
HPC includes:
Daily Living Support
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Skill Development
Training in self-advocacy, decision-making, and self-direction.
Therapeutic Support
Implementation of physical, occupational, and speech therapy recommendations.
Behavioral Strategies
Support in developing socially appropriate behaviors and emotional regulation.
Health & Safety
Emergency response training and routine health care support.
Financial Assistance
Support with managing personal finances when included in the ISP.
All services are delivered by trained professionals who meet Ohio DODD certification and compliance standards
